What's the minimum order?
10 units to access wholesale pricing. Below 10, retail pricing applies but we'll still build a thoughtful gift package — just at standard rates.
How fast can you ship?
Starter tier: 12 days production + shipping. Brand tier: 8 days. Bespoke: depends on customization scope. For urgent needs (corporate event in 2 weeks), reach out — we've turned around 50-unit orders in 9 days when needed.
Can we split-ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We handle the logistics. You send a spreadsheet of recipient addresses, we ship to each one — typical for corporate gifting where each employee or client gets their own.
Do you offer net-30 payment terms?
For orders over $5,000 with a signed PO from a verified business, yes. Otherwise standard prepayment via bank transfer or card. International wire transfer accepted.
Can we see samples first?
Brand tier and above: yes, free. We ship 1-2 sample units in 48 hours. Starter tier: samples are $25/unit (refundable from your order).
Do you ship internationally for corporate orders?
Yes — worldwide. We use Aramex, DHL, and FedEx for B2B shipments. Customs duties typically paid by recipient unless DDP arrangement requested.
Can we re-order easily?
Yes — once we've made a custom design for you, repeat orders skip the proofing stage and ship in 5-8 days. We store your specs for as long as you order at least once a year.
