Yes! Every mug, bowl, and vase is hand-thrown, hand-glazed, and hand-painted by artisans in our workshop in Salt, Jordan. No two pieces are exactly alike — slight variations are part of what makes each one special.

Burn times vary by collection: Mug Candles 25-30 hours, Bowl Candles 35-40 hours, Vase Candles 40-50 hours, Coffee Cup Set 20-25 hours. Trim your wick to 5mm before each use for the best results.

Absolutely! Once the wax is gone, clean with warm soapy water. Mugs become coffee cups, bowls become planters or jewellery dishes, and vases hold flowers. They are made to last well beyond the candle.

Every candle is wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a recycled cardboard box with eco-friendly cushioning. Ceramic vessels are individually protected. All packaging is recyclable and biodegradable.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
