What type of wax do you use?+
All our candles are made with 100% natural wax — no paraffin, no synthetic additives. This means a cleaner burn, longer life, and a better scent throw that fills your room naturally.
How long do the candles burn?+
Burn time varies by size: mug candles last 25-30 hours, bowl candles 35-40 hours, and vase candles 40-50 hours. For the best burn, trim your wick to 5mm before each use and let the wax pool reach all edges on the first burn.
Are the ceramics really handmade?+
Yes! Every ceramic piece is hand-thrown, hand-glazed, and hand-painted in our workshop in Salt, Jordan. No two pieces are exactly alike — slight variations in colour, texture, and shape are part of what makes each candle unique.
Can I reuse the vessel after the candle?+
Absolutely! Once the wax is gone, clean the vessel with warm soapy water. Mugs become coffee cups, bowls become jewellery dishes or planters, and vases hold flowers beautifully. They are made to last well beyond the candle.
Where do you ship to and how long does it take?+
We ship worldwide from Jordan. Local orders (Jordan) arrive in 2-4 days. Middle East orders take 5-8 days. International orders (Europe, US, etc.) take 7-14 days. Every order is carefully packaged with eco-conscious materials to arrive safely.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?+
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?+
Yes! We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials. No plastic foam, no excess waste. Our candles are wrapped in tissue paper and nestled in recycled cardboard boxes, designed to protect your order and the planet.
